1. Will My Order And Shipment Be Delayed Due To COVID-19?
- The ready to ship items (sarees and dupattas) will be dispatched within 7 working days from the date of placing your order. However, make to order items can take anywhere between 7-15 days to dispatch. You may also experience temporary delays as a result of the additional safety measures we are taking to help protect our servicing teams. Any delays or changes to your order timing will be communicated via email. You may also write to us at support@bhailionline.com or contact us from the 'My Account' section on our website.
2. Can I Contact Customer Service During This Time?
- Absolutely! Our customer care service is available 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. You may write to us at support@bhailionline.com or contact us from the My Account section on our website, at any time.
3. Can I Cancel My Order Due To COVID-19?
- The Cancellation policy of Bhaili as mentioned on the website applies here. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing that order by contacting us at support@bhailionline.com (Please mention your order number in the subject box of the e-mail, to help us quickly process cancellation ) or calling us at 7042447390 (between 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday).

- Bhaili has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 100 per order.
- All online orders carry a INR 100 shipping charge.
- We ship from our Delhi Office.
- Once your order is ready and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
- Made on Order products take 07-15 working days to dispatch.
- As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT OPTIONS -
